Quality Manager

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Quality Manager. This position will be located at our Torrance, CA facility.

The Quality Manager ensures the quality of Eaton’s products through the development and enforcement of quality and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will develop and implement plans to achieve operation and group quality goals, direct the implementation and ongoing oversight of the Aerospace Quality Leading Indicators and Quality Best Practices. Ensure compliance to customer quality requirements and acts as principle contact for customer on quality issues. Manage customer communications, corrective actions, customer NOEs, supplier quality, shop floor quality, and Eaton PPAP.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $125000 - $183000 a year.
