Quality Officer (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Nurse to join our Governance and Risk team in Victoria. In this role, you will support clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across our residential aged care homes, helping ensure care is delivered in line with the Aged Care Act 2024, the Statement of Rights and the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
Based at one of Aeralife’s Victorian homes, this role involves regular travel across our Victorian sites to support quality monitoring, audit activity, risk management and improvement initiatives.
