Due to our business expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced, independent, and proactive Quality Operation Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering early intervention and individualized learning support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational quality across all branches.
• Ensure outlets comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and service guidelines.
• Prepare and manage monthly staff roster planning for all branches to ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
• Consolidate and verify attendance and manpower allocation reports.
