Quality Operations Manager / External Manufacturing 100

For a major pharmaceutical company in the Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a 12-month temporary contract for a position as: Quality Manager / External Manufacturing 100% H/F. DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONEnsure disposition and timely release of drug substance and drug product in compliance with cGMP and approve CMO, as well as quality agreements, audits, inspections, and readiness. Monitor and report CMO metrics. Provide quality support for tech transfers, process changes, and product launches.PROFILEDegree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related field) or 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with 2 years in Quality. Experience with biologics, sterile/aseptic manufacturing, and contract manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and standards. Excellent skills.
