QMP-Project Management
Monitoring and reviewing of project specific quality actions (FMEA, DVP&R, Control plan,..) and PPAP scope /content conformance
 Pursuing, that the required APQP methods in a project are implemented correctly and moderation of methods 
 Pursuing, that customer specific requirements are taken in consideration within the project incl. coaching and support of team members
Evaluation of test results
 Checking of project compliance with the PLC
Support and coaching of the project team regarding all quality issues
 Moderating gates, monitoring Gate deliverables during project, verify existence and completeness of deliverables
QMP-Continues improvement
Continuous quality reporting to project leader (APQP-status report)
 Pursuing that lessons learned are collected and applied 
 Demand and support with corrective actions in case the project deviates ...
