Quality QMS Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Management System Implementation & Maintenance: Act as the primary custodian of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of QMS procedures to ensure effective process control within the factory.
• Monitor changes in ISO standards and regulatory requirements and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
• Documentation Control: Oversee the factory’s Document Control Centre to ensure all documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Policies) is current, approved, and accessible.
• Coordinate the creation, review, and revision of technical and administrative documentation across all cross-functional departments (Production, HR, Maintenance, Warehouse, etc.).
