Responsibilities

• Supervision of the material that provides the Customer.
• Reconditioning when problems are detected on the line.
• Make all the arrangements to return defective parts to the plant
• Feedback on the plant inventory and production schedules.
• Investigate customer quality issues, including defects, nonconformances, and line disruptions.
• Verify defect conditions against drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
• Initiate and manage containment activities, sorting, and clean points as required.
• Escalate critical issues according to severity and customer requirements.

Desired Characteristics (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of industry-related experience.
