Quality & SHE Lead

The Quality & SHE Lead reports to the Training Standards Lead and is Responsible for Day to day management of all Maintenance SHE and internal Quality audit programme. Responsible for the establishment of SHE and Quality Systems across Maintenance in support of Operations. This role will conduct the day to day management of SHE and Quality Assurance Activities within all Maintenance areas. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting the Maintenance Managers in managing the maintenance audit programme, including an annual review of previous findings. Co-ordinate the units internal audit programmes, including: Routinely highlight non-compliances within maintenance prior to audit Briefing the Maintenance Managers on the audit status. Analyse the results from previous audits and follow up outstanding actions. Routinely undertake visits to all maintenance locations.
