Community Development Group (CDG) is the learning arm of Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc (RAFI) that provides excellent and relevant learning engagements to ensure that the community leaders and workers of RAFI are equipped and enabled to elevate and sustain the well-being of their communities.

Job Profile

The Quality and SME management officer is responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards for all learning initiatives (e.g., learning engagements, learning activities, and design activities) across CDG teams. The role ensures that the implementation of all learning initiatives adheres to the established standards. This includes the identification, assessment, and selection of qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment of expertise, capability, and fit with the learning interventions being delivered.
