Quality Specialist – HCBS provider reviewer

Human service professionals are encouraged to consider a new full-time Quality Specialist position with Liberty Healthcare.

As a Quality Specialist, you will be an active contributor with a large-scale program which endeavors to enrich the lives of older adults and people who are living with developmental disabilities.

Your role will focus on reviewing providers of Medicaid HCBS waiver services, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


+ Driving to provider locations throughout the greater region



+ Conducting critical incident management and mortality reviews, onsite at provider locations



+ Evaluating provider’s services in relation to best practices in person-centered care



+ Identifying provider’s strengths and opportunities for quality improvement



+ Writing comprehensive summary reports within limited timeframes
