**一、岗位职责（Responsibilities）**

**现场质量问题管理**

+ 负责现场质量问题的收集、描述与记录；
+ 组织跨部门沟通与协调（生产、质量、工程等）推动问题解决；
+ 跟踪问题整改进度，确保按时关闭并形成闭环。

**质量检查清单维护**

+ 定期更新和维护质量检查清单（Checklist）；
+ 确保检查内容符合最新工艺、标准及客户要求；
+ 推动标准化执行，提升过程一致性。

**质量问题复盘与分享**

+ 定期与生产及质量团队开展质量问题分享会议；
+ 总结典型案例、根因分析及整改措施；
+ 推动经验沉淀，预防问题重复发生。
