Quality Strategy Engineer — QMS & Lean Six Sigma Lead

Ensure that the quality of Safran products, processes and procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards, in compliance with applicable contractual requirements and are continuously improving. Responsible to develops proactive quality initiative strategies and drives their implementation to maintain a healthy Quality Management System.

• Identify, investigate and manage risk opportunities utilizing advance Quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, PDCA, Control Plan, etc).

• Identify needs for improvements and provide solutions • Develops new inspection technics and/or methodologies to assure product conformance

• Influence process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Policies, practices and procedures.

• Able to communicate ideas or viewpoints supported by objective data to influence large groups.
