Quality Supervisor

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team at RayaCX in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all customer interactions and processes within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) department. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for all BPO operations - Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and processes to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements - Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and maintain quality standards - Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues and implement solutions - Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends - Train new team members on quality standards ...
