You will supervise quality control processes, train inspection teams, and drive improvements to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in quality supervision within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the defense or PPE sector, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
