Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all branding and signage products meet defined quality standards, client specifications, and company requirements. A key function of this role is to monitor, enforce, and continuously improve adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stages of production and installation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Monitoring
Monitor and enforce compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures across all branding and signage operations
Conduct regular SOP audits, inspections, and process checks on the production floor and at installation sites
Identify deviations from SOPs and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Maintain accurate records of SOP compliance, non-conformances, and corrective actions
