Quality Supervisor (Suppliers and Metrology)

Job Summary Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, this position gives direction to Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality functions, as needed. It provides leadership, mentoring, evaluation and development of Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers and works closely with the Inspection team (Final and Receiving) to drive supplier improvement in Quality, Delivery and Lean Manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality functions, mentor and develop staff, collaborate with Inspection teams, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
