Quality System & Continuous Improvement Leader

Eaton Corporation in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Quality Manager to drive Quality initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of the Eaton Quality System and facilitate internal and external audits.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of five years’ experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering are required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
