About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent leadership role responsible for leading the Quality Coordinator team and supporting the delivery of quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management activities across Health New Zealand.
You will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the team while partnering with clinical services, consumers, whānau, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. The role oversees key quality and safety systems, including incident and complaint management, adverse event reviews, compliance and accreditation activities, clinical governance reporting, and organisational risk management.
