Quality Tech II

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION**
Accomplish Quality Assurance objectives by auditing processes, conducting product analysis, and documenting results.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Communicate audit findings and opportunities for improvement to Manufacturing and Quality.
+ Perform product and process audit inspection and first piece inspection layouts.
+ Conduct data mining and data analysis.
+ Calibrate gauges and use necessary inspection equipment and gauging for machined components.
+ Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests & exploring opportunities to add value to processes.
+ Work well with others; be a team player.
+ Understands and follows the Jackson site’s environmental policy and the environmental impacts associated with their work activities.
+ Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
