Quality & Technical Manager - Fruit

· Responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of fruit quality in the operational chain from picking at the optimum time to packing and arriving in the markets

· Conduct fruit quality inspections on farms and in packhouses during the season to ensure that the fruit packed is according to export and client standards.

· Grower interaction and feedback on quality delivered and packed.

· Grower communication on a weekly basis for picking planning.

· Weekly estimates feedback for picking and packing discussed with marketing team.

· Assisting growers with audits, registrations, and verifications, orchard inspections and all other market access requirements.
