Quality Technician

Job Description

• Monitor and resolve product quality issues reported by production and customers in cable assembly or plastic injection processes.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
• Update and manage quality documentation such as Visual Aids, Deviations, and Purge Notices.
• Conduct periodic process audits in compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Ensure timely closure of Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and follow up on preventive actions.
• Support Environmental and Occupational Safety & Health Management System compliance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and inspection procedures.
