  Quality Technician
  
  Role Responsibilities 
 Drive internal and external quality issues
 Ensure working & master samples are valid and available for production
 Issue and monitor Quality Alerts and ensure they are being adhered to
 Initiate temporary/permanent fix to quality problems
 Ensure audits on product have been conducted
 Assist customer for concerns on shift
 Visit customer when required
 Support line trials
