About the role

Solid Point Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Quality Technician / Inspector / Operator to join our team in Muar, Johor. This full-time role is a crucial part of our quality assurance and control processes, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, 8D, CMM and Smart Scope measurement is added
• Identifying and addressing any quality issues or non-conformities in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities
• Providing feedback and recommendations to production teams to improve processes and outputs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Adhering to all relevant quality standards, regulations and internal policies
