Quality Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform IQC/IPQC/OQC/QS tasks according to procedure and specification.
• Prepare Inspection Report.
• Initiate Reject form for the Rejection.
• Monitor and follow up the Reject case with supplier.
• Initiate Rework / Modification form for modify or improvement part.
• Monitor and follow up the Rework / Modification with supplier.
• Manage calibration schedule for tools/equipment.
• Perform other relevant tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma holder in engineering or any related field.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management System/ISO/ related QC controls.
• Knowledgeable in writing.
• Strong analytical mind.
• Knowledgeable in using QC inspection tools.
• Has strong sense of responsibility and positive teamwork attitude.
• Computer literate & Proficient in MS Office.
