Able to create program, edit, and operate smart scope / CMM machine to measure dimensions of ma nufactured part, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspection using Smart Scope, CMM machine, and other precision tools like caliper, height gauge, and other gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerance.
Support to measure tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Responsible to create measurement template.
Record and document inspection results, including reports on measurement, deviations, and other quality control data.
Ensure all inspection processes comply with company standards, customer requirements, and relevant industry
regulations.
- Cooperate with overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
