Job Description
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Technician for their Hayward, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Read technical drawings and CAD to understand part design and intended assembly
+ Communicate with cross-functional teams to facilitate root cause analysis
+ Develop and document troubleshooting techniques
+ Work with Manufacturing Engineering to identify and communicate trends
+ Create and update quality documents
+ Develop training plans for inspection, quality standards, and quality alerts.
Requirements:
+ Associates Degree with 4-6 years of experience as a quality technician or HS Diploma/GED with 6-8 years of experience as a quality technician
+ Ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models
+ Broad technical background in mechanical and electrical systems
