Job Summary
 :We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Test Engineer- Automation to join our team. The Quality Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web-based Patient Relationship Management system. This role involves developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with developers and the product owner to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication technologies, experience with QA methodologies, and familiarity with SMS, voice, and email communication standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Quickly learn and understand the CGM CONNECTION application and its functionalities.
Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
