Quality/Reliability Engineer - Battery Systems

**Job Description:**

The Quality/Reliability Engineer drives proactive quality initiatives for the Battery Systems portfolio, focusing on building infrastructure for diagnostics and product support to improve warranty outcomes and social media sentiment. Reporting to the Mgr of QE/RE, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to drive technical and process improvements expected to operate in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and execute failure analysis methodologies
+ Develop formal failure analysis reports with data and findings after analysis completion.
+ Regularly analyze and report quality metrics to cross-functional teams and global leadership, ensuring visibility and actionable insights.
