We are expanding our Quant Equity Research team in Rotterdam and are looking for a (junior or medior) Quant Researcher to help advance the next generation of systematic equity strategies. You will work with large datasets, modern research techniques, and collaborate closely with our global teams.

About the Role 

You will contribute to hands-on research for stock selection (alpha), portfolio construction, and systematic model enhancement. You will explore new techniques, evaluate alternative datasets, and support our innovation pipeline while collaborating with colleagues in Rotterdam, London, and Boston. Our Quant Research department sits at the heart of Robeco’s investment organization, bringing together 20+ researchers from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
