Experience:  3+ years in quant trading, algorithmic strategies, or HFT

Key Responsibilities  Develop and deploy systematic trading strategies 
Analyze high-frequency data to identify arbitrage or alpha opportunities 
Monitor real-time performance of trading systems 
Work closely with engineering to maintain low-latency infrastructure
