• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using quantity estimation tools and techniques in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with cost management, project budgeting, and tender documentation.
• Ability to translate industry practices into structured lessons (theory, application, reasoning).
• Good communication and presentation skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Willing to work during weekends.
