Job Summary

Quantity Estimator meticulously evaluate project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and budget. Responsible in tracking design or construction work changes, assessing the impact on the project's overall cost and adjusting the budget accordingly. Ensures that construction is financially viable, completed within budget and deliver maximum value to clients. As Cost Control Officer responsible in managing cost and financial aspects, from initial estimates to final accounts, which directly involves on all phases of the project, providing cost effective solutions and closely monitoring expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Construction Management, Procurement or related Field
• With 2 - 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction Industry
• Cost estimating roles experience is acceptable for this position
