Quantity Surveying

Take full accountability for assigned work and tasks; ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Be responsive in daily communications. When unavailable or busy, must proactively inform clients and internal team.

Prepare and provide quotations accurately and timely, including quotations under different companies when required.

Handle costing, BOQ preparation, progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and clients on pricing and project requirements.

Required to travel to site for measurements, inspections, and project coordination when needed.

Support project execution by monitoring costs and assisting with documentation.

Maintain proper records for quotations, claims, and project files.
