About the Role

Assists the Sr. QS Manager to manage the QS Team. Manages all project costs; proactive involvement in procurement and reporting, in order to minimize costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards.

Qualifications

• College graduated in relevant courses (Building, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Management or equivalent), preferably a member of PICQS or equivalent
• At least 12 years relevant experience and 8 years in a supervisory or management role
• Knowledge in administrating various forms of Construction Contracts and possess Cost Management skills
