Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction and civil engineering projects.
• Manage tender processes, including reviewing inquiries, preparing tender documents, and submitting bids.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities in accordance with AU Standards and NCC compliance.
• Subcontracts preparation and managing of execution with subcontractors
