Full Time Worker Needed

Position : Quantity Surveyor
Location : Henree Chuah Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (Taiping, Perak)
Working Time : Mon-Fri : 8am~6pm
Job Scope :

Assist to complete tender tasks which includes:

• Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities, unit rates, technical data, etc.
• Develop tender documents, evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
• Assist for any price up or variations
• Review contract conditions and report concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents

Requirement :

• At least SPM holder

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

• Excellent time and resource management
• Proven experience in project management will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
