Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Spring Power Structure Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be based in Bintulu, Sarawak, where you will play a crucial part in the estimating and cost management processes for our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
• Negotiating and finalising contract terms with clients and subcontractors
• Monitoring project costs and variances, providing regular cost reports
• Identifying potential cost savings and implementing cost control measures
• Liaising with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Providing expert advice on contractual and commercial matters
• Developing and maintaining robust cost management systems and procedures
