Quantity Surveyor (BOQ Specialist)

Position Summary:
Manage detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects.



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and update detailed BOQs and budget tracking



Collaborate with procurement and project management teams



Analyze cost variations and advise on budget control



Qualifications:



Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline



5+ years’ experience in interior projects with proven BOQ expertise



Skills:



Advanced Excel skills, experience with Bluebeam or PDF editing tools



Basic knowledge of AutoCAD beneficial
