We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Everblue Development and Construction Inc. in Botolan Zambales. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment costs
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring the best value for the company
• Prepare and analyze progress reports, tracking project costs and identifying any potential overruns or savings
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to provide financial advice and support throughout the construction process
