Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Working Hours & Days: 9am-6pm (Mon-Sat)

Location: Bukit Indah, Johor

Job Description:

* Prepare tender documents by estimating budget, preparing time schedule to pricing tender, listing out quotation list and raw material, etc.

* Prepare relevant documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and reports

* Request and compare quotations of subcontractors to build up rate and pricing tender

* Prepare and handle valuation of progress claim, remeasurement and variation of works and other related tasks

* Attend site valuations, conduct site measurements, and attend regular meetings when required.

* Review the whole process of project from inception till completion

* Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas needing improvement

* Liaise with clients, contractors, site teams and other stakeholders.
