Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project budgeting and expenditure.
• Prepare project costing, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and final accounts for clients and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement: raise MR (Material Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), LOA (Letter of Award), negotiate with vendors, and maintain the vendor database.
• Prepare pre- and post-price comparisons for HOD/management approval.
• Coordinate monthly claims and payment verification with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in contract administration, cost estimation, and project cost control.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying, including preparing and evaluating Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
