Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor – CSA is responsible for cost planning, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and contract administration for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works. The role ensures accurate cost control, timely valuations, and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Evaluate and prepare progress billings, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Review and assess variation orders, change requests, and claims.
