About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor - MEPFs at Grand Apex Constructions Inc.', you will be responsible for providing cost management and quantity surveying expertise on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) systems for our construction projects in Cainta Rizal. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEPF systems
• Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts for MEPF works
• Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the construction process
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing value engineering initiatives
• Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
