QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 year's experience in architecture, quantity surveying, cost engineering, or project management or equivalent
• Good ability in all the following areas: E*_stimates, Quantity Take-off, Cost Engineering, Cost Analysis, Contract, Packaging and Procurement Planning, Bidding/ Procurement, Contract Documentation, QC Post-contract works*_
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
• Proficient in using Estimating Software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and cost estimation skills essential for project execution and stakeholder collaboration
• Willing to be assigned in South Caloocan City
