Quantity Surveyor

Concor Buildings invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of a Quantity Surveyor for the MU01 Residential Project in the Western Cape. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing commercial, cost, and contractual support to ensure that the MU01 Residential Project is delivered within budget, aligned with contractual obligations, and compliant with Concor Buildings’ commercial standards. The QS will be responsible for measurement, cost control, subcontract administration, and assisting in the preparation of monthly commercial reports.
