Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join our growing remote team. This role involves detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) across diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, deep familiarity with construction documentation, and a consistent record of accuracy and reliability in cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and material/labor measurements from 2D and 3D construction drawings.
• Prepare and organize Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost summaries following recognized industry standards.
• Support cost estimation and tendering processes, ensuring all data aligns with project specifications.
