Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and manage contracts including subcontractors agreements
• Conduct cost estimation budgeting and tender analysis
• Monitor project cost and progress ensuring compliance with contractual terms
• Handle claims, variations and contract disputes
• Liaise with clients consultants and sub cons on contractual matters
• Support project team in ensuring timely delivery within budget

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying , engineering or related field
