Stellar Recruitment is working with an established construction contractor to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager.

This role is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of projects from tender through to completion, working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.

THE ROLE
Responsibilities will include:

• Managing tender processes, pricing, and commercial submissions
• Supporting pre-construction activities including contract reviews and project setup
• Managing variations, claims, and cost control throughout construction
• Providing commercial oversight across multiple projects
• Producing and reviewing project financial reports and monthly claims
