Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our team in Islamabad at IT Park Project.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepared material and quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
• Preparation and submission of interim payment applications to consultant and following up for the approval and issuance of payment certificates to ensure the payments are released on time.
• Verification of interim certificates of payments with consultant and client.
• Prepared costs control and budget allocation, monthly progress claims, and variations/change orders, Comparative Analysis.
• Evaluated sub-contractors' claims and preparation of interim certificates of payments.
