M/s Project Managers is a Karachi-based construction, fabrication, and engineering firm established in 1994. We deliver civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fabrication works for industrial and commercial clients recently including major structural jacketing/retrofitting and plant foundation projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to own cost control and BOQ accuracy across our active jobs.
Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities, conducting quantity take-offs from drawings, measuring executed work at site, and verifying contractor and supplier bills. You will work hand-in-hand with site engineers, the procurement team, and accounts to ensure every quantity billed is correct, every material delivered is accounted for, and project costs stay within budget.
